What if my piece doesn't look exactly like the photo?

All pieces are 100% handmade. Because of the hand-built nature of my ceramics, slight variation between works is normal and to be expected.

 

What is your return and refund policy?

All pieces from Feeb Studio are handmade with care. Due to the nature of small-batch, handmade work, all sales are considered final.

 

What is your fulfillment time?

Fulfillment time is between 1-2 weeks for NON pre-order items. This does not include shipping—this timeframe is for order processing and packing.

 

Do you offer local delivery around San Francisco, CA? 

Yes! I offer local delivery for addresses within a 5 mile radius of my studio. Delivery is a flat fee of $6, and free for orders $150+. Please make sure you are selecting local delivery + including your delivery address at checkout.

 

What is your shipping/liability policy?

Once your package has been shipped, Feeb Studio is not liable for any damage, loss, or delays caused by the shipping carrier, and is therefore unable to offer a refund or replacement in these events.

What if my order is incorrect?

If you received an incorrect item, please reach out within 24 hours—I will correct the issue and cover all costs.
